Promyohyrax namibiensis
Taxonomy
Promyohyrax namibiensis was named by Senut and Pickford (2021). Its type specimen is EC9 2.1h, a maxilla (right maxilla with M1/ and M2/), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Eocliff, which is in a Bartonian spring limestone in Namibia. It is the type species of Promyohyrax.
