Psittacosaurus amitabha
Taxonomy
Psittacosaurus amitabha was named by Napoli et al. (2019). It is not extant. Its type specimen is IGM 100/1132, a partial skeleton (a nearly complete, undistorted skull with an associated partial mandible and fragmentary postcranial elements). Its type locality is Mt. Uskuk, Ondai Sair (AMNH 25955), which is in a Hauterivian/Barremian fluvial-lacustrine shale in the Andaikhudag Formation of Mongolia.
