Quaesitoberyx minutus
Taxonomy
Quaesitoberyx minutus was named by Bannikov and Sorbini (2005). Its type specimen is MSNTC I13799, a skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Hadjoula (MSNTC collection), which is in a Cenomanian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal lime mudstone in the Sannine Limestone Formation of Lebanon. It is the type species of Quaesitoberyx.
