Acratocnus antillensis
Taxonomy
Miocnus antillensis was named by Matthew (1931). Its type specimen is Amer. Mus. No. 16880, a mandible (lower jaw without teeth), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Casimba, which is in the Pleistocene of horizon Cuba.
It was recombined as Acratocnus antillensis by White and MacPhee (2001).
