Rajouria gunnelli
Taxonomy
Rajouria gunnelli was named by Rana et al. (2021). Its type specimen is GU/RJ/362, a mandible (left dentary with i3 erupting, dp3, m1-2, trigonid part of m3 and alveoli of i1-2, c, p1-2, and p4), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Aiji Village, which is in a Lutetian terrestrial siltstone in India. It is the type species of Rajouria.
