Minohellenus quinquedentatus
Taxonomy
Charybdis (Minohellenus) quinquedentata was named by Karasawa (1990). Its type specimen is MFM9030 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Yamanouchi, which is in a Burdigalian shallow subtidal siltstone in the Akeyo Formation of Japan. It is the type species of Charybdis (Minohellenus).
It was recombined as Minohellenus quinquedentata by Schweitzer and Feldmann (2000); it was recombined as Minohellenus quinquedentatus by Schweitzer et al. (2010), Schweitzer et al. (2021).
