Nephranops (Nephranops) angerae
Taxonomy
Nephranops (Nephranops) angerae was named by Feist (2019). Its type specimen is UM-IP 821, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Coumiac Quarry Bed 31a, near Cessenon, which is in a Frasnian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Coumiac Formation of France.
