Microcaris minuta
Taxonomy
Microcaris minuta was named by Pinna (1974). Its type specimen is MCSN 3140, a carapace, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cene, Seriana Valley, which is in an Alaunian basinal (carbonate) limestone in the Zorzino Limestone Formation of Italy. It is the type species of Microcaris.
