Diegoaelurus vanvalkenburghae
Taxonomy
Diegoaelurus vanvalkenburghae was named by Zach et al. (2022). Its type specimen is SDSNH 38343, a mandible (ight dentary preserving i2, c, p3, and m1-2), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Jeff's Discovery, which is in an Uintan terrestrial siliciclastic in the Santiago Formation of California. It is the type species of Diegoaelurus.
