Korobovia ocellata
Taxonomy
Korobovia ocellata was named by Bengtson et al. (1990). Its type specimen is NMVP112656, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is NMVPLS7. Left bank of small stream 100m S of the Wirrealpa to Blinman road, which is in a Botomian marine shale in the Oraparinna Shale Formation of Australia. It is the type species of Korobovia.
