Taxonomy
Peronopsis jegorovae was named by Romanenko (1984). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Lejopyge laevigata zone, Verkhnyaya Yelanda River, Altai - Romanenko 1984, which is in a Mayan marine horizon in the Tandoshinskaya Formation of the Russian Federation.
It was recombined as Ammagnostus jegorovae by Naimark (2012).
