Gleichenia gleichenoides

Taxonomy
Pecopteris gleichenoides was named by Oldham and Morris (1863). It is not extant. Its type locality is Bindraban, which is in a Jurassic fluvial horizon in India.

It was recombined as Gleichenites gleichenoides by Seward and Sahni (1920); it was recombined as Gleichenia gleichenoides by Bose and Sah (1968) and Lakhanpal et al. (1976).
