Latheticocarcinus affinis
Taxonomy
Eohomola affinis was named by Jakobsen and Collins (1997). Its type specimen is MGUH 24362 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Fakse limestone quarry (Jakobsen collection), which is in a Danian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in Denmark.
It was recombined as Homola affinis by Schweitzer (2001); it was misspelled as Latheticocarcinus affinus by Schweitzer et al. (2010); it was recombined as Latheticocarcinus affinis by Klompmaker et al. (2022).
