Aviraptor longicrus
Taxonomy
Aviraptor longicrus was named by Mayr and Hurum (2020). Its type specimen is PMO 234.584a+b, a partial skeleton (skeleton lackkng distal right wing and toes of both feet), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Jamna Dolna 2, which is in an Oligocene terrestrial shale in the Menilite Formation of Poland. It is the type species of Aviraptor.
