Warburtonella coongiensis
Taxonomy
Warburtonella coongiensis was named by Sun and Jago (2009). Its type specimen is SAMP36047, an exoskeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Coongie 1 drillhole, which is in an Iverian marine siltstone/shale in the Kalladeina Formation of Australia. It is the type species of Warburtonella.
