Litzicurus shawi
Taxonomy
Litzicurus shawi was named by Adrain et al. (2009). Its type specimen is SUI 115469, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a cast. Its type locality is HC6 142.0, Hillyard's Canyon, which is in a Tulean shallow subtidal lime mudstone/packstone in the Garden City Formation of Idaho. It is the type species of Litzicurus.
