Brunnaega labuttensis
Taxonomy
Brunnaega labuttensis was named by Wilson and Morel (2022). Its type specimen is MHNLM 2003.1.10740, an exoskeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is La Butte de Gazonfier, Le Mans (Sables et Grès du Mans), which is in a Cenomanian coastal claystone/sandstone in the Le Mans Formation of France.
