Gamatavus antiquus
Taxonomy
Gamatavus antiquus was named by Pretto et al. (2022). It is not extant. Its type specimen is UFSM 11348a (almost complete right ilium). Its type locality is Picada do Gama site, which is in a Ladinian fluvial sandstone/mudstone in the Santa Maria Formation of Brazil. It is the type species of Gamatavus.
