Taxonomy
Dalmanites simricus was named by Hede (1915). Its type specimen is LO 2830t and is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Dalmanitina (Struveria) simrica by Laufeld (1975); it was recombined as Struveria simrica by Storey et al. (2016).

Synonyms
  • Struveria howgillensis was named by Rickards (1965). Its type specimen is SM X.22194, a cephalon/head, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is River Rawthey, which is in a Homerian open shallow subtidal limestone/mudstone in the Coldwell Formation of the United Kingdom.

    It was synonymized subjectively with Struveria simrica by Storey et al. (2016).
