It was recombined as Pseudowaribole (Pseudowaribole) conifer palmea by Leuschner (1994); it was recombined as Pseudowaribole (Pseudowaribole) palmeus by Wagner (2020); it was recombined as Pseudowaribole (Pseudowaribole) conifer palmeus by Bault et al. (2021).
