Janumys erebos
Taxonomy
Janumys erebos was named by Eaton and Cifelli (2001) [genotype]. Its type specimen is OMNH 26623, a tooth (M1), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is OMNH V695, Mussentuchit, which is in a Cenomanian floodplain sandstone in the Cedar Mountain Formation of Utah. It is the type species of Janumys.
