Costepeiromys attasorus
Taxonomy
Costepeiromys attasorus was named by Korth et al. (2022). It is not extant. Its type specimen is SDSM 155705, a tooth (left m2). Its type locality is Arner Ranch ant mounds, which is in a Chadronian/Orellan terrestrial horizon in the Chadron Formation of Nebraska. It is the type species of Costepeiromys.
