Petalocythereis venusta

Taxonomy
Anticythereis venusta was named by Bertels (1975). Its type specimen is FCEN-LM 608, a carapace (Female carapace), and it is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Afranticythereis venusta by Carbonnel and Johnson (1989); it was recombined as Petalocythereis venusta by Ceolin et al. (2015), Ceolin et al. (2024).
