Taxonomy
Orthonotacythere intensosulcata was named by Bertels (1969). Its type specimen is FCEN-LM 294, a carapace (Complete caparace), and it is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Paracytheridea intensosulcata by Carignano (2012).
