Plagioctenodon goliath
Taxonomy
Plagioctenodon goliath was named by Jones and Beard (2023). Its type specimen is CM 71621, a mandible (left dentary with p4-m3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Big Multi Locality, which is in a Clarkforkian floodplain mudstone in the Fort Union Formation of Wyoming.
