Mariliabatrachus navai

Taxonomy
Mariliabatrachus navai was named by Santos et al. (2023). It is not extant. Its type specimen is MZSP-PV 25, a skeleton (nearly complete skeleton, comprising skull and postcranial remains, including vertebrae, scapular and pelvic girdles, and limb bones). Its type locality is Agua Formosa Creek road cut, 3 m up, which is in a Campanian/Maastrichtian eolian sandstone in the Adamantina Formation of Brazil. It is the type species of Mariliabatrachus.
