Taxonomy
Acrotretella dizeugosa was named by Valentine et al. (2006). Its type specimen is AM F128345 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Sample 32, which is in a Llandovery deep-water limestone in the Cobra Formation of Australia.
