Taxonomy
Peronopsis munda was named by Raymond (1925). Its type specimen is MCZ 1726 and is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Geragnostus mundus by Lochman (1964); it was recombined as Trilobagnostus mundus by Lemke (2020).
