Taxonomy
Eucalathis dorae was named by Dulai (2022). Its type specimen is HNHM PAL 2022.101.1, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Altavilla Milicia, which is in a Piacenzian lagoonal sandstone in Italy.
