Taxonomy
Homoeospirella subcircularis was named by Amsden (1985). Its type specimen is OU 10274, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Section Ma2, Turkey Creek, which is in a Pragian carbonate packstone in the Turkey Creek Formation of Oklahoma.
