Taxonomy
Sushkinia angulata was named by Felker (2023). Its type specimen is PIN 1366/1, a wing, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Kityak (PIN collection 1366), which is in a Roadian lacustrine siliciclastic in the Belebeevo Formation of the Russian Federation.
