Taxonomy
Productus rouxi was named by Mansuy (1913). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Ban Sao-tai, which is in a Kasimovian/Sakmarian carbonate limestone in Laos.
It was recombined as Cancrinella rouxi by Waterhouse (1973).
