Faksecarcinus koskobiloensis
Taxonomy
Xanthosia koskobiloensis was named by Klompmaker et al. (2011). Its type specimen is MGSB 77702, a carapace, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Koskobilo quarry, Alsasua, which is in an Albian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Eguino Formation of Spain.
It was recombined as Faksecarcinus koskobiloensis by Schweitzer et al. (2021).
