Neoplagiaulax burgessi
Taxonomy
Neoplagiaulax burgessi was named by Archibald (1982) [questionably referred]. Its type specimen is UCMP 116896, a tooth (left p4), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Flat Creek 5, which is in a Lancian terrestrial sandstone in the Hell Creek Formation of Montana.
