Taxonomy
Bradocryphaeus echinatus was named by Van Viersen and Vanherle (2018). Its type specimen is IRSNB a13215, a pygidium, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Loc120, southwestern outskirts of Hotton, which is in a Frasnian/Frasnian marginal marine shale in the Moulin Liénaux Formation of Belgium.
