Taxonomy
Cronierella expansa was named by Feist and Klapper (2022). Its type specimen is UM-IP 876 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is A 129. La Serre trenches A, A’ and C, which is in a Frasnian marine limestone in the Serre Formation of France.
