Taxonomy
Occitanella postinflexa was named by Feist and Klapper (2022). Its type specimen is UM-IP 910 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is CPS-E section. Col du Puech de la Suque, which is in a Frasnian carbonate limestone in the Coumiac Formation of France.
