Nerterogeomys minor

Taxonomy
Geomys minor was named by Gidley (1922). Its type specimen is USNM 10494, a mandible (Portion of a right lower jaw lacking the Iast molar), and it is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Nerterogeomys minor by Gazin (1942), Hibbard (1950), Kurten and Anderson (1980), Wilkins (1984), Tomida (1987), Korth (1995).
