Omegops tilabadensis

Taxonomy
Omegops tilabadensis was named by Ghobadi Pour et al. (2018) [= ?1998 Phacops (Omegops) accipitrinus accipitrinus (Phillips, 1841); Farsan, p. 25, figs 4, 8b; pl. 2, figs 1, 2. = ?1998 Phacops (Omegops) accipitrinus maretiolensis Richter & Richter, 1933; Farsan, p. 26, figs 5, 8c; pl. 2, figs 3–5; pl. 3, fig. 4.]. Its type specimen is GUGM 1359 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Unit Gh-1, which is in a Famennian shallow subtidal limestone in the Khoshyeilaq Formation of Iran.
