Campananeyen fragilissimus
Taxonomy
Campananeyen fragilissimus was named by Lerzo et al. (2024). Its type specimen is MMCh-PV 71, a partial skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Mupaleo, Barda Atravesada de Las Campanas (Candeleros Fm), which is in a Cenomanian fluvial sandstone in the Candeleros Formation of Argentina. It is the type species of Campananeyen.
