Dictyomitrella was named by Haeckel (1887) [Sepkoski's age data: Tr Carn]. It is not extant. Its type is Eucyrtidium articulatum.
It was assigned to Nassellaria by Sepkoski (2002); and to Parvicingulidae by O'Dogherty et al. (2006).
