Liodontia bathypotamos
Taxonomy
Liodontia bathypotamos was named by Hopkins (2019). It is not extant. Its type specimen is UWBM 43863, a partial skull (a partial skull with R and L P4–M3, missing basicranium, anterior part of rostrum, and zygomatic arches). Its type locality is Spring Creek 1 (Level 1), which is in an Arikareean terrestrial horizon in the Deep River Formation of Montana.
