Panchothentes goini
Taxonomy
Panchothentes goini was named by Martin et al. (2024). Its type specimen is LIEB-PV 7594, a mandible (left mandible with p3-m4), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cerro Zeballos, which is in a Burdigalian/Tortonian terrestrial tuff in the Collon Cura Formation of Argentina. It is the type species of Panchothentes.
