Sonidolestes wendusui
Taxonomy
Sonidolestes wendusui was named by Li et al. (2024). Its type specimen is IVPP V 31355, an other ( an incomplete skull, mandibles and associated, isolated teeth), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Bayan Nur Town, which is in a Miocene terrestrial horizon in the Aoerban Formation of China.
