Parisicaris rectilineatus
Taxonomy
Microcaris rectilineatus was named by Ji et al. (2021). Its type specimen is NIGPAS 171265, a carapace, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Majiashan quarry, bed 605, which is in a Spathian basinal (siliciclastic) mudstone in the Nanlinghu Formation of China.
It was recombined as Parisicaris rectilineatus by Ehiro and Kano (2024).
