Chloris triasi (Trias's greenfinch)
Taxonomy
Carduelis triasi was named by Alcover and Florit (1987). Its type specimen is ULL 1301, a skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cuevas de los Murcielagos, lower cavern, which is in a Pleistocene cave siliciclastic in Spain.
It was recombined as Chloris triasi by Sangster (2021).
