Eryma oscari was named by Charbonnier et al. (2017). It is not extant. Its type locality is Hadjoula (MNHN collection), which is in a Cenomanian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal lime mudstone in the Sannine Limestone Formation of Lebanon.
