Trygonorhina is a genus. It is extant. It is the type genus of Trygonorrhinidae.

It was corrected as Trygonorrhina by van der Laan (2019).

It was assigned to Rhinobatidae by Woodward (1889), Jaekel (1894), Jordan (1963); and to Trygonorrhinidae by van der Laan (2019).
