Pseudotheridomys hesperus
Taxonomy
Pseudotheridomys hesperus was named by Wilson (1960). Its type specimen is KUMVP 10195, a mandible (incomplete right lower jaw having incisor and p4-m2), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Martin Canyon Quarry A, which is in a Hemingfordian channel horizon in the Pawnee Creek Formation of Colorado.
