Cummingella carringtonensis

Taxonomy
Griffithides carringtonensis was named by Etheridge and Woodward (1883) [Griffithides ?Carringtonensis]. Its type specimen is GSM No . 103111, a pygidium, and it is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Cummingella carringtonensis by Osmólska (1970).

Synonyms
  • Cummingella balladoolensis was named by Reed (1942). Its type specimen is HMG A 3704, a cephalon/head, and it is a 3D body fossil.

    It was synonymized subjectively with Cummingella carringtonensis by Osmólska (1970).
